Not much to report on day six of the paleo Whole30 challenge. It was a rainy day my last day here in Houston. I mainly was a couch potato I have to admit. I am super behind on posts, but I plan on catching up this week! I have been so connected via Instagram and now snapchat, that sometimes I forgo the longer posts. I received a lot of request for my miso soup recipe that I made this weekend, so I figure I will start with that! Miso soup is my go-to soup when I need something quick and tasty or when my digestive system is out of whack.
I took my last final Friday morning. After a grueling week of being held up in the library and stressing, it was so nice to finally be finished! Now all that was left was packing and waking up at 3:30 am Saturday morning to catch my flight. What have I been up to? Well, other than the new fresh-faced blog appearance (let me know what you think in the comments), I have been bounding all over the place in my studies, life, and even changes in my environment. I feel like I am already trying to get a fresh start on the New Year fast approaching. For now, I will focus more on getting things caught up before I reveal my New Year’s resolutions in the making, which, should be revealed not a day sooner than New Year’s Day. Instead, here is a refresher of the new things occurring in my life.
