Sometimes when you are busy making heaps of progress, you forget to look back to reflect on how far you’ve come. Many of you who follow me on Instagram, know that I have made some significant progress mentally and physically to my overall health and wellness. Yes I have made progress: I am happier, healthier, fitter and living in the moment more, but I still have room to grow and improve on myself. That is why this is my journey and not my destination.
