the jam plan--Journey for JessiThis has been me.  Not kidding.  Just ask my roommates.  When I get stressed or sad or depressed, I bake–I bake a lot.  But with all of that baking comes recipes, and a lot of them.  So this is beneficial for both you and I.  The recipe I am posting here is for Orange Blueberry Oat Muffins–yum right?  You can also substitute cranberries for the blueberries for more of a winter take on this recipe.  That is what I did for my secret santa in Nutrition Club.  I subbed cranberries for blueberries and made the muffins into a loaf. kick-start circuit series: rotation one

kick-start circuit series: rotation oneGood morning!  Today I am going to start my Strength Circuit Series!  These are my various workouts I do first thing in the morning right after I wake up.  They are not meant to be super crazy cardio or extreme weight lifting circuits, just something to wake me up and kick-start my body and metabolism.  There are five rotations I go through, one per day.  When I have completed all five (five days), I will just begin again on rotation one the following day.  I work based off of rotations, rather than designate Monday to one circuit, another to Tuesday and so on, because this allows me to listen to my body.   Continue reading
