Hello there!

Welcome to Moving Mountains Wellness, a site about moving well and eating well to live well.

My name is Emily.  I am the writer and mountain mover behind this site and brand.

I am a certified personal trainer and USA Weightlifting coach.
I teach at a local dance studio and at YogaPod.
I am studying Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Nutrition.
I not only walk the wellness walk, I talk the talk, teaching others what I have learned through my studies and my own experiences in order to offer guidance when it is time to move your own mountains and either begin, or continue, living a healthy and well life.
My passion for health and wellness runs deep and I hope to share it with anyone and everyone who has an inkling of interest or question about why or how to improve their life through wellness.
I am grateful to live in the colorful Colorado community where being active outside is the norm, farmer’s market season is a weekend activity, health/wellness stores are on every block, and biking is the preferred method of commuting.
