I’m graduating in May, my birthday is upcoming, and I’ve been working non-stop and trying to get my own health in order again.
It’s time for me to get back to blogging. Writing about my health journey helps me recollect. My nutrition, my fitness, my skincare and wellness routine–it’s all taken a backseat lately. For good excuse, but it’s time to get things squared away and back on track as I’m about to enter the “real world.”
Let’s start with getting back into Train it Tuesday!
Here’s a fun workout I did a week ago (I’ve been trying to rehabilitate an injured knee, but more on that later.)
10 kettlebell romanian deadlifts (I elevate mine because I’m so bendy–aka flexible)
10 hamstring curls
10 sit ups
