day ten | relaxation

week two: day ten | Journey for JessiNot much to report on day ten.  Kind of a boring day in the blogging world, but I have to say, I do love my Sundays. Meal prepping, cleaning, odds and ends, lounging about, stretching, mobility work, etc.  I will just go through my day in terms of eating real quick, then I am off to another one of my favorite Sunday activities: an epsom salt bath soak while reading a book!

Breakfast: coconut banana chia pudding and 4 strips of natural bacon (*read the bacon labels!  It was difficult to find a compliant one!*)

Lunch: snacked and tasted the meals I was prepping for the week

Snack: green grapes and walnuts with some ginger tea

Dinner: 2 burger slider patties on a bed of iceberg lettuce and red onion
