A couple days ago, I made a detox juice for breakfast to ease an unsettled tummy an reboot my system. I love having my green juice when I feel like my system is out of whack. You could not even taste the greens due to the honey and apple and lemon juice.
Ingredients:
♦ one leaf of kale
♦ one banana
♦ ½ lemon
♦ stalk of celery
♦ ¼ of an apple
♦ 1 tsp honey (can substitute agave to make Vegan!)
Just combine all of the ingredients together in a blender with ice and water.
